Buzz Buzz Buzz Buzz

Buzz Buzz Buzz Buzz ~ New language ~ The Sound of the Bee!

The show was great. The Seeds were a combination of my band The Seeds of a few years ago and my band, the Dragonslayers, merged to be the Seeds. They were great! After two days rehearsal we had all the rock songs down to sort of a who's who's song list in rock n' roll but it was all Seeds. Although I wanted to do some Doors songs, the band preferred to do Seeds songs. To my amazement and happiness I got to play with YaHoWha 13 which was also my band for a brief spell as Fire Water Air.

Back in 1974, I made some music with YaHoWha 13 as Fire Water Air. Father commanded YaHoWha 13 to go into the band room with me and record. The result of that session will be released soon. The music was lost for a while but now found thanks to my brother, Djin, who is the guitarist in YaHoWha 13. The price will be $50 but it is definitely a collectible. Why $50? It is a rare piece of music; historically the first ever recording of Fire Water Air; historically, the result of a command from Father; and it was done in 1974. We will never pass that way again. I feel YaHoWha 13 is one of the greatest bands on Planet Earth even in 1974. They certainly influenced the Grateful Dead a great deal. I know they influenced Earth, Wind, and Fire immensely as well as 1000's of other bands just as the Seeds had done before them.

The combination this weekend was mind-blowing. As far as people there, there was a mixture of everyone - grandfathers, fathers, mothers, sisters, mothers-to-be, my brother ONE, a mime was there. A splendid time for everyone then after that a private party was upstairs that everybody rushed to. I didn't stay for it but everyone had a lot of fun. I also ran into my friend Danny Harvey from Stray Cats fame and he told me our new record is coming out: Sky Sunlight Saxon, King of Garage Rock. He and Clem Burke of Blondie fame were studio producers on it. I hope everyone will like it as it puts new focus on some great hit records of the past. It is what has to be done every once in a while to preserve the memories of some of our great great artists.

Every once in a while put your ears to the ground. Who knows just like the Indians you might hear the next great earthquake. The only thing that will save it is peace and love for one another including the animal kingdom. No more killing! If you need to kill anything, kill flies. Anyway, I not only listen to the ground but look to the horizon where there are 1000s of spaceships out there and when the Earth is in its greatest peril, they will show themselves and come to help. America does not realize the forces of the unseen from the universe. For this reason, we should all tread very lightly. So, I would say to everyone: Get through one day at a time. I find that when times are rough or uncertain, I just play my favorite music; however, most of it is mine. It has the power ... trust me ... to take away any headaches whether they are migraine or severe. The word for headache is head pressure. Never use the word headache as it will become greater. Just use slight head pressure and it will go away.

I am looking forward to playing as many places as I can and to make as many people feel the movement of dance once again. Real dance ~ the kind that shakes the demons away from you. By the way, my music does that.

Also, look for four brand new albums to come out. They are:

~ Atlantic Rising SOS Radio (now out) ~
~ YaHoWha 13 Fire, Water, Air 1974 ~
~ Soul Evolution ~
~ God Time Spring Time Serenade ~

Also, the new Seeds album recorded two years ago is getting ready for a summer release. However, if you cannot wait - you can request it from me and I'll send you a prototype of what will be released. This will cost you only $12.00 for a signed CD. This could become a collectible because I don't intend to make more than 1000 as the first original offering.

So ... YaHoWha, Father God Almighty's name, to all of you. May he keep you safe, sound, happy and filled with forgiveness and love for your fellow man and especially love to all the animal kingdom. Wolf was here before man and so was Dog and for that very reason they should both be revered greatly. Also, I hope that the age of feeding dogs dog food is nearly over and they can eat food from the table - hopefully you have learned no red meat. I love all of you! We are all cosmic beings dancing in the stars!

patriot act judged unconstitutional

PORTLAND, Ore. - Two provisions of the USA Patriot Act are unconstitutional because they allow search warrants to be issued without a showing of probable cause, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.

U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken ruled that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, as amended by the Patriot Act, "now permits the executive branch of government to conduct surveillance and searches of American citizens without satisfying the probable cause requirements of the Fourth Amendment."

Portland attorney Brandon Mayfield sought the ruling in a lawsuit against the federal government after he was mistakenly linked by the FBI to the Madrid train bombings that killed 191 people in 2004.

The federal government apologized and settled part of the lawsuit for $2 million after admitting a fingerprint was misread. But as part of the settlement, Mayfield retained the right to challenge parts of the Patriot Act, which greatly expanded the authority of law enforcers to investigate suspected acts of terrorism.

Mayfield claimed that secret searches of his house and office under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act violated the Fourth Amendment's guarantee against unreasonable search and seizure. Aiken agreed with Mayfield, repeatedly criticizing the government.

"For over 200 years, this Nation has adhered to the rule of law — with unparalleled success. A shift to a Nation based on extra-constitutional authority is prohibited, as well as ill-advised," she wrote.

By asking her to dismiss Mayfield's lawsuit, the judge said, the U.S. attorney general's office was "asking this court to, in essence, amend the Bill of Rights, by giving it an interpretation that would deprive it of any real meaning. This court declines to do so."

Elden Rosenthal, an attorney for Mayfield, issued a statement on his behalf praising the judge, saying she "has upheld both the tradition of judicial independence, and our nation's most cherished principle of the right to be secure in one's own home."

Justice Department spokesman Peter Carr said the agency was reviewing the decision, and he declined to comment further.

Received apology from FBI
Mayfield, a Muslim convert, was taken into custody on May 6, 2004, because of a fingerprint found on a detonator at the scene of the Madrid bombing. The FBI said the print matched Mayfield's. He was released about two weeks later, and the FBI admitted it had erred in saying the fingerprints were his and later apologized to him.

Before his arrest, the FBI put Mayfield under 24-hour surveillance, listened to his phone calls and surreptitiously searched his home and law office.

The Mayfield case has been an embarrassment for the federal government. Last year, the Justice Department's internal watchdog faulted the FBI for sloppy work in mistakenly linking Mayfield to the Madrid bombings. That report said federal prosecutors and FBI agents had made inaccurate and ambiguous statements to a federal judge to get arrest and criminal search warrants against Mayfield.

The Vision

10/17/07
While sleeping in and near my beautiful garden, I had a vision. It wasn't a nice vision. It was a vision of things that might come to be. In my vision, through the haze, I saw us going in to World War III. The reason it started is because after the war with Iraq (it was a few terrorists not a nation, by the way), the presidency messed with Iran and started a war. I don't really want to tell you what the outcome is and who America will have to fight if this happens. I only say the will of the people must be done. We are the people- his people - meaning God's people. In our Constitution which has been changed over 19 times which never should have been, there are many truths left in it set down by our forefathers who are directly connected with God Almighty. That is why we had such a great Constitution. If you can find a copy of the Constitution you will see early on in it if a breach of peace has happened then the president and the vice president must be impeached. If you are a good American citizen, you must take these words to heart. A breach of peace has been committed when we bombed Iraq - killing millions - and countless animals - babies and children - a world that cannot even be put back together even if you had 50 more years. We must NOT war with Iran or we will be the catalyst for World War III. We must all unite now and before this happens demand the impeachment of the vice president and the president. Follow the will of the Constitution and and the will of our wonderful forefathers and America will have a chance. God speed. Bless all of you. May the will of Father be done. Amen.
